Please note that we re-evaluate all submissions monthly and you will receive an email as soon as your submission has been approved. You do not need to submit your site again. Thank you." So they will keep on evaluating your blog, just keep on driving traffic to it. I just tried to re-enter my AfricaTrips site and the following message came up:

They approved two of my blogs and the other not. The blog at http://www.africatrips.co.za gets more traffic than the blog at http://www.freeforex.net but they approved the forex one and not the AfricaTrips one.
