me2everyone scam
There are many ways to make money on the Internet. Yet so many people fall for the “to good to be true” scams.
Seems like most people are looking for ways to make money from nothing or get paid for doing nothing. No wonder that they get caught by these scams.
The latest possible “Internet Scam” which thousands of uninformed people are promoting is called me2everyone
( http://www.me2everyone.com/ ).
The promoters recon that this will be larger than FaceBook and while they believe that they will be building a multi million dollar company they though it a good idea to give away shares in this company for free to everybody who promotes it before it launches.
If you sign up and visit the back end you will see that there is nothing besides the promise of free shares.
I have seen many of these before. All they do is harvest email addresses. Then after their launch dates they disappear and sell their mailing list for a couple of hundred thousand dollars.
At least with this one it is free and people who participate in it will not loose anything but the time they spent promoting it and of course their reputation.
In a couple of months there will be some red faces around the Internet. (Perhaps even my own)
Do not always fall for the things where you can get something for free.
My humble opinion is that me2everyone is a scam. For the sake of some of you I hope that I am wrong.
Just go to google and search for “bigger than facebook” or “the next google” and see how many people dream of the potential to build a business bigger than facebook or to be the next google. Do not always believe everything a web site tells you in their sales pitch.
The only upside is that they do not ask for a lot of personal information and so far they have not asked for any money. So your only risk is that your email address can be sold to spammers.
We will only know if this was a scam or not after the launch. I will keep an eye on it and let you know as soon as I receive more information.

Hi Guys

What I forgot to mention is that I have already got Paid from GEM Lifestyle
– A total of more than €700!
http://www.youronlinesuccess.gemlifestyle.com
See you
There shall not be any doubts that Me2everyone is a SCAM! I’m a member and I asked for some simple official documents about the company but I never got a reply! I have send many mails to them but never got a reply!
I have made reviews of “make money sites” for more than 5 years now at my Danish site http://www.onlinerigdomme.dk and the main thing I have learned is to ask the question: Who is behind this company!
The fact that a virtual entertainment world in 3D would be fantastic and very attractive and it would have the potential to become the next big boom online!
Acctually is Mark Campbell, the CEO and 1% share holder of Gran Scala in Spain (www.granscala.com), also share holder in many casino’s, also the CEO and owner of Jazztel (tele-company in Spain, one of the biggest!), he has started a new company called GEM Lifestyle, where he acctually is creating a 3D Virtual Entertainment Island called GEM Island – http://www.youronlinesuccess.gemisland.com
and he has already invested more than 1€ billion in GEM Lifestyle. It’s the Danish Company Ufinity Technoligies A/S who are making the graphich with 3D cameras!
Also there is a business opportunity in GEM Lifestyle and this cost money and you wont get anything for FREE but if you can refer many FREE Users to this Island you will earn commission everytime they spend money!
If you are interested in this opportunity then feel free to contact me at this site http://www.youronlinesuccess.gemlifestyle.com
Don’t waste your time with yet another SCAM company like Me2Everyone!
This me2everyone concept and site is a “dead duck” and anyone that is thinking or wishing that this will ever launch is dreaming. they are completely and utterly f###ed. they have no no no no no no no future, if you have been stupid enough to have put any money or faith in this site ever being ready you are madder than the total idiots that are running it.
They are looking for people stupider than them to prop this up until the inevitable happens, they have found a number of poor sods to put in from £100 up to £8,000 “suckers” is all I can say!
For those out there that still hang their hope on me2everyone I am sorry to say you haven’t got a prayer!
Anyone want to bet that what I am saying is untrue, they are done and dusted god help them and the number of poor people that have put their money and faith in them not to mention the 510,000 members world wide
I would expect one or two thicker members to try to tell me that is not so, but they are finished completely and utterly f####d.
If you have any doubt talk to anyone on the so called “team” ask them how they feel and they will tell you they feel disillusioned and worn out (you will have to wait over three weeks before you get a reply in which time it will be closed) I wish people would get things ready before they ask people for money, if it isn’t bad enough without being ripped off by these idiots.
Before I go I would like to say “it’s a crying shame” but I am 100% right, pp
Me2everyone is free, I have not yet received any spam email from third parties at my yahoo account.
0 Risk & worth a try…
It’s better to have signed up than not…
Hi.thanks for information..
As hard as it is scammers are here to stay, education is the only way for people to learn. Sometimes people need to learn the hard way, they think something is such a good offer they have to buy it. The old adage “if it’s too good to be true – it probably is” seems more prominant these days.Great post
I find it amazing that whenever someone comes up with a new innovative idea you are always going to get the the doom-and-gloom prophets such as the author of this article. Maybe a bit of jealousy there? Did not think of it first did you? O, or maybe even did not have the resources/ability/guts to get it up and running anyway.
I urge everyone to go and read Facebook’s terms and conditions. Whenever you click the “Allow->” button and add an application, what are you actually allowing? What are you agreeing to? Who owns what after that?
Now go and read me2everyone’s terms and conditions. Now, who would you REALLY want to do business with? Facebook or me2everyone?
…and Facebook is currently worth how much and how much of it do YOU own?
Lol. Something THIS big and THIS great is going to rely on word of mouth to get it’s numbers up? Not even close to being a good business strategy. You can’t afford an infomercial at 2am? Two of my friends sent me the info on this. They also both fell for the MonaVie scam and were going to be quitting their jobs and going to be driving their rich-guy cars, use your favorite cliche, etc etc. Some people just believe in easy money. So… how many shares are there in the company, and what makes them supposedly worth $0.80 a piece when they ‘sell’? And, Mystery Company, why are you already planning on selling it if it’s so great; why not let it develop? Also, if it is going to be bigger than Facebook or Google, why so cheap? Wouldn’t the market drive the value up so much higher than that? And if everyone on the site is a shareholder, doesn’t it sound more like a co-op than anything else? When is the last time you heard of a co-op raking in the cash? I’m wondering when Phase 2 of the scam kicks in, and they send out a notice closer to the go-live date where people can purchase preferred shares for $0.50, with an expected value of $2.00… I sure hope they will let me get in on that if I never signed up for Phase 1. But really, if this site gives you the inspiration you need to get you through the day, more power to you, and great job to the people who thought up this site.
Hi Damien
Their concept surely sounds great. But why would you start to promote a business while you have nothing to show yet and then open yourself for the possibility of getting identified as a “scam” even before you opened your business.
If this system is so great it would be better to get it up and running and then invite people to join. If it is as wonderful as they claim the word will spread and you can build your business that way even without giving away share in your company. If this was my business and the scam talks are all over the Internet, I would get the ball rolling as quickly as possible to prevent further damage, but in their case we have not seen anything yet.
Over the years I have seen many similar promises. The one site was a “payment gateway” to be and promised to be “Bigger than PayPal”. They had all the bells and wisles and an extremely professional designed web site. With them you earned virtual money and “made a fortune” for promoting it. They went on for less than a year and then disappeared.
So this will not be the first, there have been many before them.
It is no better to denounce a business as a scam than to promote uninformed. If you examine their business plan and consider the effectiveness of their promotion strategy, they would be morons to do all of this simply as a harvesting scam. They have an innovative idea that appeals greatly to the modern market. I say this as a business owner and a consumer. This idea, a virtual world in which people can network, play, share, buy, and sell has been a long time in the works. It appeals to the modern and next-gen computer users, echoes the addictive pleasure of mmo gaming, and creates a unique marketing environment that members are ideally drawn irresistibly to. It does sound fantastic. To basically imply that something can be myspace, ebay, craigslist, and the World of Warcraft all rolled into one is a fantastic claim. But is it really too good to be true? It’s technically feasible. It’s definitely worthwhile. They obviously have the backing and support do do it, plus the marketing savvy to draw customers to it early. In my honest opinion, it’s too good of an idea to put out there for anyone to jump on, and not follow through on themselves.
I opened up my laptop to everyone talking about the launch of the new website me2everyone.com.
On first inspection of the bright blue page and a pretty girl telling me I could earn a fortune by just entering my details into the fields would be
enough for me to run to the hills waving my bah humbug flag and muttering words like ‘pyramid scheme’, ‘Hustlers’ and ‘ripple effect’.
I paused for a moment, seduced by the temptation to open this mystery site and the possibility of riches, read into it a little further, checked out articles by ‘independent reviewers’. I soon noticed how everyone talking about it had a link and tagged reference which earns them the possibility of more share ownership in the company then went downstairs put on my running gear and am just looking for my bah humbug flag…
It depends, if you have a reputation to protect it is risky to promote just anything which you are not sure if it is for real or not. Some people spend money on advertising which is a risk to them if it turn out to be not real and then of course people spend time on promoting something they are not sure if it is for real which is also a risk because you could have been spending your time promoting something which you already know is for real.
As I said there are no financial risk at this stage. They also do not collect many personal details which makes it also not risky for so called “identity theft”. If somebody feels he is willing to risk his time and reputation to promote it, it is his choice.
Hi There,
Everyone has their opinion and you state clearly that the only thing people have to lose is their time, reputation and the possibility of their e-mail addresses being sold. The thing you should have mentioned is that NOT everyone is that risk averse! You have to look at the risk to reward ratio and let people decide whether they can ‘risk’ the above elements for the potential reward – I say potential, because NOTHING in business is guaranteed. Besides, if someone wants to join ‘RISK FREE’, then by your definition, they could simply join under an unused e-mail address (take a couple of minutes to set up one), dedicate no time for promotion and stay on the sidelines!
Would you say its ‘risky’?
