What other investment vehicles to use I do not only make my money from network marketing. My MLM income forms the basis of greater wealth. I also use affiliate marketing and Google Adsense to earn a Passive Income. In my book, "Creating a Passive Income" (get it here), I explain all of these in detail. But I can give you some examples of web site which I use to earn an income from affiliate marketing and Google Adsense. Have a look at www.shareinvest.co.za . You will note that there are some text on the page and between the text are advertisement blocks which contains each 4x Google Text ads. Each time a visitor clicks on one of those ads I get paid a portion of whatever the advertiser pays for the ad. The ad is displayed on my web site and that is why I share in the revenue. Also have a look at http://www.bokkom.co.za . You will note that there are also some Google Ads, but at the end of each page is a banner ad. Now each time somebody clicks on the banner ad and make use of the service, I get paid a commission for finding the client. Another prime example of an affiliate web site is www.businessbooks.co.za . For each book sold via the web site I get a percentage of the sales price. Just think about it, I do not have to buy stock, listen to customer complaints or deliver the goods, I just refer the client. What I like about this type of business is that I set it up once and from there it runs by itself. I earn while I sleep and I earn while I am camping or fishing. Investments The investment portion itself will take another tow days to explain. So I will very briefly explain it. Because you MLM commission money is a stable monthly income the banks will recognize it as an income. I used this income to qualify for bonds to buy rental properties. At the time of me doing so one could still apply for 5 bonds and buy 5 different properties simultaneously. The banks however implemented a system now which prevents you from doings so. Thanks to my MLM commission I qualified for bonds. I bought some rental properties and rent it out. The problem with rental properties is that you always have a shortfall on the property ie. It costs you money each month. Thanks to my MLM commission I could afford to cover the shortfall. I kept the rental properties for just more than a year. When I decided to "retire" I calculated that if I sell those properties and invest the money wisely, the income from my investments plus the MLM commission can put me in a bracket where I do not have to work to earn my income. So I sold the flats and made on average R100,000 profit on each flat. That money was then invested mainly in two high return and high risk investments. Those companies paid 24 and 36% per annum respectively. As I said it is high risk investment but the norm is high risk = high return. If you do want to invest with these companies please do so at your own risk and please do your own due diligence. Now the snow ball effect starts. More income qualifies me for more bonds. More bonds = more properties, more properties = more capital, more capital = more investments = more income from investments = more bonds = more properties =....... To me property remains the best investment because you use the bank's money to create wealth, not your own. In order to do it right you need a strong team behind you.
